At Luxe Homes, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return request:

• You must contact us within 2 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Photo or video proof is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased during a sale or clearance (unless damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Replacements

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we offer a replacement, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Charges

A shipping charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
